Gosport's Tourist Information Centre (TIC), situated in the Bus Station at Gosport Hard, is selling
advance tickets to some of the area's top attractions.
They include:
The Historic Dockyard 9 and 10 . Experience the Festival of Steam with Traction Engines, Model
Railways, Showman’s Organs and Fairground Attractions. There will also be crafts on show as
well as a Real Ale & Sausage Festival.
The 50thAnniversary of the Hovercraft. Purchase tickets from the Tourist Information Centre before
the 1July and save ’1 per ticket. The Event runs from the 24 July until 27July, with the official
opening conducted by Frances Cockerell on the 25 . Times of opening will vary slightly daily, full

The Lucketts Travel “Summer Excursions” book has just arrived, so why not pop in and pick one
up and let TIC staff make your booking for you.
If you book tickets for the Mayflower Theatre with the TIC you will even save the 7% booking fee.
You can also purchase a wide range of local gifts and souvenirs at the TIC including a fantastic
CD of the Royal Marines Association Band’s Tribute to Haslar. “Haslar Farewell” retails at
£12 and contains some great pieces of military music.
Staff can also advise and assist you on a wide range of ideas for Holidays, Days Out, and even
things to do to keep the children happy during those long summer holidays.
Gosport TIC is open Monday to Saturday from 9.30am to 5pm and 10am to 3pm Bank
